Core Responsibilities

The Senior Municipal Technical Assistance Officer will strengthen and consolidate project social committees, ensuring their effective operation, active member participation, and articulation with local authorities and organizations. They will also facilitate collective dialogue and coordination processes, systematize key information for community space sustainability, and contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the social committees in the territory.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Management, Law, Social Development, Economics, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of general experience in municipal management, institutional strengthening, or technical assistance to public entities. Specific experience of at least 3 years is required in coordinating with municipalities or government institutions on development initiatives or public policies.
