Senior Backend Software Engineer
iFoodCore Responsibilities
The engineer will design, code, test, operate, and troubleshoot production issues for cloud-based services, primarily on AWS. They will also participate in prioritizing product evolutions based on business value, using data to inform decisions, and building scalable and resilient solutions.
Requirements
Candidates should be passionate about object-oriented development, functional programming, automated testing, distributed systems, and security concepts in development. Required technical knowledge includes relational and NoSQL databases, asynchronous communication using queues/topics (SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ), and familiarity with Cloud (especially AWS), Linux, IaC, Kubernetes, Docker, or Kafka.
