Senior BIM Modeler - Structural Engineering (Data Centers)

Develop, update, and maintain structural BIM models, drawings, layouts, details, and all required graphic deliverables for design and documentation. Prepare structural models and drawings for concrete and steel building systems, including foundations and superstructures. Support coordination activities with architecture, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams, ensuring consistency in models and interference-free deliverables.

Technical degree or technology in structural drawing, BIM modeling, or related disciplines. Over 4 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and drafting for building projects, focusing on structural design and coordination. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for structural modeling and interference detection.
