Lead Full Stack Engineer - Users & Auth (Ingeniero/a Lead Full Stack - Usuarios y Autenticación) - Hybrid

Own the full integration lifecycle for partners and customers, including qualification, scoping, build, and handoff. Build and configure integration connectors and data mappings using Clara's integration framework. Coordinate with partner technical teams and ensure integrations meet Clara's standards for idempotency, observability, and data minimization.

4+ years of backend software development experience with hands-on exposure to API integrations and data mapping. Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages, preferably Java. Working proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
