Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will support outbound prospecting and appointment setting by acting as the first point of contact for various service providers via outbound calls and email. Key duties include managing email sequences, making 60-100 outbound dials daily, and setting qualified discovery meetings for sales teams.
Requirements
Candidates must possess C1 English or equivalent proficiency along with 1-2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles. Strong verbal communication skills, confidence on the phone, and experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs are required, along with the ability to adhere to structured scripts and activity targets.
