Sr Business Associate - Segmento Afluente

Lead the growth strategy and transformation of the asset business by identifying market opportunities and designing impactful initiatives. Develop business cases and sustain strategic initiatives with financial, commercial, and operational impact. Define commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure results compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, business development, growth, product, commercial planning, or strategic consulting. Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Teradata or similar) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
