LoggiCore Responsibilities
Direct the receiving, processing (routing), and dispatching of all packages, along with monitoring deliveries, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures within agreed deadlines. Maintain assertive communication with the base of delivery drivers to improve engagement, delivery quality, and cost reduction through process improvements and better routing.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed or ongoing higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields, along with experience in people management and logistics/transport operations, including monitoring key indicators. Availability for a 6x1 shift schedule and 100% on-site work in São João de Meriti is mandatory.
