Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the commercial plan to achieve transaction growth and secure new points of sale within the assigned zone. This includes managing a commercial team of sales executives, maximizing their results through daily tracking, and supporting agent activation and lifecycle management.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience supervising commercial teams, preferably coordinating field sales actions, and should ideally be students or graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication. Essential requirements include strong leadership, analytical skills, proven interpersonal and communication abilities, experience in selling commerce-oriented products/services, intermediate/advanced Excel, intermediate English, and possessing a valid driver's license and car.
