Core Responsibilities

Administer the monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for all commissionable employees. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales incentive compensation-related inquiries and resolve commission disputes efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires and educate them on their incentive compensation plan. Support external audit firms on commission-related matters and maintain thorough records for all compensation transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. 2–3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting, or data analytics roles. Hands-on experience with an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform, preferably CaptivateIQ. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Salesforce.
