Core Responsibilities

Manage and lead the development of solutions for the People Analytics team, ensuring data integrity and availability for decision-making. Lead technical and functional working groups to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the delivery of data products. Translate business needs into technical specifications for analytics, optimizing the existing data ecosystem. Update systems to maintain maximum development and lead projects using agile methodologies from requirement understanding to final execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. At least 4-5 years of experience in similar positions. Strong knowledge of data structures and information modeling for analytics. Advanced knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is mandatory. Good level of English (Portuguese is desirable) and key knowledge in Human Resources processes.
