Core Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for manual processes (daily, weekly, and monthly) and managing internal support cases related to customer occurrences. Activities also include researching and compiling lists for partner prospecting and creating internal training materials.

Requirements

Candidates must possess good communication skills, organization, a hands-on approach, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants must be enrolled in a higher education course and be starting from the 5th semester.
