The Lead Visual Designer will drive brand evolution by creating new visual directions that elevate the Smartsheet brand while mastering and maintaining flexible design systems and component libraries. This role also involves leading and mentoring other designers, ensuring world-class quality in their output.
Requirements
Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in mid-to-senior level roles focusing on marketing collateral, brand systems, and digital strategy, ideally in the Technology sector, demonstrating mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and cultural fluency regarding global trends.
