The Zone Lead acts as a facilitator and controller for Store Managers, defining action plans to achieve growth in orders and operational metrics. Responsibilities include conducting store visits, optimizing picking times, managing inventory, and overseeing the training of operational teams.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to manage DarkStore operations, including P&L analysis, fraud reporting, and coordination with delivery teams. They are expected to innovate operational processes and execute marketing strategies to increase GMV and order volume.
