Core Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end selection processes for hiring people with disabilities in various areas of the bank. Support leadership in defining inclusive profiles and attraction strategies. Manage job pipelines, ensuring agility, organization, and quality in deliveries. Provide a positive and accessible experience for candidates throughout their journey. Monitor recruitment indicators and support diversity and inclusion actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience in Talent Acquisition conducting end-to-end selection processes. Familiarity with recruiting people with disabilities or diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strong organizational skills, priority management, and stakeholder relationship management. Experience with ATS Greenhouse is a plus.
