Plan and implement actions for consultants to achieve sales goals, providing guidance and support in closing sales. Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement, while actively participating in sales across various business channels.

Experience in leadership and team management. Strong ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Familiarity with onboarding processes and creating a welcoming environment for new employees. Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
