What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored beauty solutions. Drive sales by engaging customers with product presentations and achieving store targets. Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintain an organized and inviting store environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on beauty products and cosmetics. Familiarity with digital tools and systems is a plus. Passion for beauty and self-care is essential.
