Scale the need for personnel by area, considering forecast, processing curves, productivity, capacity, and operational constraints to build planning. Monitor execution D0, comparing planned versus actual and anticipating risks of backlog, capacity, productivity, and CPT/SLA. Identify risks and deviations, estimate impacts, and lead replanning or contingencies with partner areas.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics or transportation processes. Intermediate knowledge of Google tools, such as Google Sheets and Presentations, as well as AI tools and problem analysis methodologies like PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5 Whys.
