Lead the operational and security audits, ensuring the execution of control routines and addressing findings. Manage critical incidents and thefts, including conducting interviews and overseeing CCTV backups. Analyze data to consolidate KPIs and generate high-level reports, presenting actionable insights to reduce fulfillment losses. Provide mentoring and technical support to junior analysts and collaborate with other areas to drive joint initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in fields related to processes, people management, security, administration, or logistics operations with 4-5 years of experience in operational continuity, asset protection, or fulfillment. Advanced knowledge in physical security and Supply Chain, with fluency in LP systems (Lenel, YMS, KSEC), Google Workspace, and applied Artificial Intelligence. Basic to intermediate English proficiency is required.
