Perform active and receptive telephone customer service, both in-person and through digital channels. Conduct internal and external activities according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and manage electronic time registration.

High school diploma required. Experience in customer service and willingness to learn computer skills. Ability to work in a team.
