Mid Software Engineer - Support L3

Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex production issues, providing expert support to L1 and L2 teams. Analyze and resolve applications, databases, and report issues across legacy and .NET platforms. Maintain and enhance legacy VB6 applications, ensuring continued reliability and performance. Develop and optimize SQL queries on MS SQL Server and support enterprise reporting solutions using Crystal Reports and SSRS.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions using VB6 with MS SQL and .NET Core. Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and practical exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Working knowledge of web application development using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
