Ensure the creation and monitoring of loss prevention indicators, driving initiatives to reduce losses in collaboration with partner areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience in logistics, continuous improvement, process management, team management, loss prevention with a focus on asset security, quantitative data analysis, and active participation in operations. Knowledge in Google Sheets, Data Studio, dashboards, Business Intelligence, project leadership, corporate investigations, and interview techniques is essential.
