Implement loss prevention standards to ensure operational excellence and propose value-adding solutions. Monitor performance and compliance with physical security standards, ensuring operational efficiency. Create and track performance indicators, preparing reports on security incidents and equipment availability. Conduct internal and external security audits and manage maintenance requests for security equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Private Security, or related fields. Proven experience in logistics operations, asset security, process mapping, and project implementation, preferably in large operations. Knowledge of Data Studio, Google Sheets, dashboards, Lenel, and Genetec is required. Availability for on-site work in Taboão da Serra/SP during afternoon or night shifts with flexible hours.
