Core Responsibilities

Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan. Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to enhance customer experience. Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points. Ensure all campaigns have defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, with mobile and web environments. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid. Proficient in HTML and possess good copywriting skills.
