People Operations Lead (Liderança de Operações de People) - São Paulo (On-site)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Lead and design the end-to-end global People Operations strategy including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Architect automated workflows using tools like N8N and Slack to eliminate manual tasks in the employee lifecycle. Act as the primary People Partner for Brazil's Go-To-Market and Support functions, driving org design and performance cycles. Manage and mentor a regional team of People Ops professionals, fostering a culture of high ownership and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience designing and scaling People Operations in high-growth tech environments across multiple LATAM jurisdictions. Expert-level knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT, eSocial). Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to increase output. Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder management.
