Define strategies with the Head of Operations to ensure sales projections are met. Organize and supervise testing activities, ensuring necessary resources are available. Provide technical support to clients during testing and handle customer service tasks, including complaints and requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, geology, or related fields. 1 year of experience in quality control and personnel management. Knowledge of NTC-ISO/IEC 17025 and basic metrology.
What We Offer
Salary of $4,100,000. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
