The Senior Payroll Consultant will lead and execute payroll operations for the AMER region while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. They will collaborate with HR and Finance departments to optimize payroll workflows and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in HR Operations or Payroll. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources is required, along with fluency in English and conversational Spanish.
