The Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for production systems and managing incident resolution. They must also document knowledge bases, maintain application flow documentation, and implement automated technical solutions to optimize processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant L2 technology support experience and proficiency in SQL, Unix, Python, and Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment are mandatory.
