AI Biologist

Contribute to the technical approach for teaching agents to understand complex infectious disease surveillance and molecular epidemiology data. Work on end-to-end analysis workflows from sequencing outputs to scientific decisions. Collaborate with software engineers and biologists to build datasets for various biological data analysis tasks.

3+ years of hands-on experience with infectious disease surveillance, metagenomics, or molecular epidemiology data. Proficiency in Python and/or R.

1099 (or W8-BEN) contract with 40 hrs/week and no end date. Fully performance-based pay ranging from $120K to $180K with uncapped upside. Remote, hybrid, or onsite work options available.
