What You'll Do
Lead the design process, adapting Discovery and Delivery stages to squad needs and promoting continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to structure hypotheses and influence the roadmap, prioritizing usability and experience evolution. Propose Lean and iterative solutions, utilizing insights from tests and research to quickly evolve from exploration to final delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Product Designer with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. Knowledge in strategic research, data analysis, usability testing, and product benchmarking. Ability to transform ambiguous problems into viable solutions using Lean thinking and systemic vision.
