QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of contracts, tracking each stage until completion. Act as a point of contact between QuintoAndar, partner real estate agencies, and brokers to unlock and expedite contracts. Provide consultative support to negotiation executives, maintaining active follow-ups to sustain relationships and advance negotiations. Identify and anticipate potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact SLA.
Requirements
Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization). Ability to interpret performance reports and dashboards to inform daily decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt language for different audiences. Availability for a hybrid work model, including in-person visits to real estate agencies in São Paulo.
