Ensure compliance with Ops Clock according to standards. Monitor shift KPIs in real-time and correct deviations. Lead the operational team and drivers to foster internal culture. Conduct GEMBA Walks to identify findings and evaluate processes.

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, or parcel delivery. Experience leading operational teams of at least 10 to 15 people. Knowledge of key Last Mile KPIs such as DS, productivity, dispatch, and RTS. Intermediate Excel or G-Sheets skills and familiarity with operational tools like Thundera or Kronos.
