Area Manager Jr., Worldwide Operations , Fulfillment Center

Lead and develop a team of 30-80 hourly associates in a sort center environment. Ensure team members are properly trained and have the necessary tools to succeed. Engage with the team to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of team leadership experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in oral and written communication in English. Familiarity with six sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
