Manage operational and performance indicators weekly and monthly, identify deviations, define action plans, and monitor results to support route growth and delivery excellence. Lead external teams, oversee professional development, and manage driver schedules and routines. Monitor loading and operations at bases, conduct alignments with Kangu, and address operational and safety deviations.

Relevant previous experience in Supply Chain, operations, transportation, and planning. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as data analysis tools for decision-making.
