Lead the structuring, monitoring, and governance of strategic projects for driver experience, promoting visibility of results and alignment across business areas. Design and implement initiatives for driver satisfaction, retention, engagement, and loyalty, developing integration and training programs. Optimize end-to-end logistics processes by identifying improvement opportunities related to loading, routing, delivery zones, and blockage management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Relevant experience in project management, operational governance, continuous improvement, or driver experience in large-scale logistics operations. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for dashboard creation, indicator analysis, and executive presentation preparation.
