Core Responsibilities

The Recruiting Assistant will support daily recruiting operations to ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish, which includes guiding candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining documentation in the applicant tracking system. Responsibilities also involve communicating with hiring teams, assisting with onboarding, and helping to improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Upper-Intermediate English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong coordination and organizational abilities for managing high volumes of information accurately. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and high resilience in a fast-paced environment are also required.
