Associate I - Data Specialist - Banca Minorista

Lead the development and execution of data analytics solutions to generate business value by transforming large volumes of information into insights and actionable recommendations. Structure and resolve analytical needs from understanding business problems to developing segmentations and models. Develop advanced analyses, customer segmentations, and predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, preferably with a master's in Data Analytics or related areas. Minimum of four years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, with proven experience in exploratory analysis and statistical modeling.
