Manage activities performed by partners and third parties, establishing agreements. Transform data into strategic business information and report to management, designing continuous improvement plans to maximize safety, quality, productivity, and operational capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools such as 5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, and PDCA. Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Power BI for tracking and interpreting indicators. Availability to work on-site in Sinop, Mato Grosso, on a 6x1 schedule with flexibility for additional shifts, including weekends and holidays.
