Lead the BFF development team in creating scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js. Coordinate the development of robust back-end APIs and services tailored to front-end interface needs. Define application architecture, promote best practices, and adopt modern technologies. Conduct code reviews and foster a continuous learning environment within the team.

Experience as a Tech Lead, Node.js Developer, or in a similar role. Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools like Git. Advanced communication skills in English.

This position requires daily on-site presence in Campinas, Brazil. It is a fully in-person role with no remote work options.
