What You'll Do
Ensure the flow of billing and shipping by registering loading orders, issuing tax documents, and facilitating road transport. Control the planning and distribution of loads, monitoring item allocation between the factory, distribution centers, and end customers. Schedule and coordinate vehicle flow, supporting the daily loading and unloading plan at the unit.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required; pursuing higher education or a technical degree is a plus. Full availability to work in a shift rotation. Residence in Maracanaú or the metropolitan area. Practical experience with billing, issuing invoices, and transportation routines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP.
