Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Online Presence: Transform photos and videos into engaging social media content. Create posts, short videos, and captions aligned with brand tone. Maintain active social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. Support audience engagement through informative and visually appealing updates. Content Creation: Design simple graphics, short clips, and basic visual assets. Apply light editing to enhance photos and videos. Organize content in shared folders and libraries. Email Campaign Support: Assist in preparing and sending email campaigns. Create value-based content such as updates, reminders, tips, and announcements. Utilize platforms such as MBC and Marketing Cloud. Communications Support: Maintain consistent voice and tone across content. Support seasonal messaging, announcements, and scheduling communications. Ensure communication feels clear, warm, and professional. Marketing Coordination: Create digital materials for events, campaigns, and promotions. Design flyers and visual assets to support outreach efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing support. Proficient in creating simple graphics and short-form videos. Strong writing skills with a clear and engaging communication style. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable learning and using email and content scheduling tools. Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting service-based or community-focused brands. Familiarity with education, events, wellness, sports, or youth-related industries.
