What You'll Do
Lead the store's operations ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes. Coordinate and identify conflicts and opportunities for improvement in the store to foster operational excellence. Supervise the fulfillment process, ensuring store capacity and generating recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
What We're Looking For
Experience in similar positions leading teams. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
