Operations Special Situations - Capital Solutions

Create, develop, and maintain robust controls for managing credit operations focused on continuous improvements in cost reduction and operational risk. Participate in the deal team for credit operations, formalizing contracts and managing custody, while addressing operational issues and ensuring compliance with regulations. Define and execute strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability of the business.

Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Law, or Administration. At least 1 year of experience in structuring corporate credit operations, particularly in contract analysis and guarantee management. Fluent in English and advanced Excel skills are required.
