Monitor and validate regulatory performance indicators, focusing on the User Attention Performance Index (IDATU). Promote a leadership style that fosters professional development and well-being among team members.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law or related economic-administrative fields is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector managing related processes and proven leadership experience. Basic English proficiency is required.
