Manage people and operational routines, ensuring compliance with work safety regulations and promoting a culture of accident prevention. Oversee logistics processes including inbound, sorting, shipping, inventory control, and returns, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met. Conduct forecasts and projections of volume and determine staffing needs for operational demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in operational routines and people management, with intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI or experience in creating management dashboards and indicators. Availability to work a 5x2 schedule with rotating shifts from 03:30 to 13:08 in Cravinhos, São Paulo.
