Monitor and validate production services to ensure availability. Address and diagnose technical incidents to resolve operational failures promptly. Maintain operational continuity in production environments to ensure service stability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes to prevent potential risks.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Information Technology. 1 to 2 years of prior experience in an operational role. Intermediate knowledge of Cobol, Batch processing, and NextGen technologies (APX, RBA). Proficiency in English.
What We Offer
The position offers a hybrid work scheme with two days in the office and three days at home, based in Parques BBVA, Mexico City.
