What You'll Do
Support in procedures before notaries, public registries, and administrative bodies. Manage financial instruments and standard corporate documentation. Coordinate with clients and executives for document signing. Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk and compliance procedures (KYC/AML). Collaborate with the legal and operations areas in regulatory compliance and audits.
What We're Looking For
Ongoing or completed studies in Law. Previous experience in notaries, law firms, or corporate areas (desirable). High level of organization and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Availability to perform in-person procedures at notaries and external offices.
