Lead the definition and evolution of the program roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring prioritization of initiatives according to strategic objectives and business needs. Actively participate in the ideation, conceptualization, and design of strategic initiatives, validating definitions with local and global stakeholders. Manage the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with milestones, scope, timelines, and quality standards.

5+ years of experience in program management or related fields. Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices. Proven ability to mentor and coach Product Owners to enhance their autonomy and results orientation.
