Transaction Services Analyst (Account Maintenance)

Execute account maintenance tasks, including activations, status changes, and field adjustments on client accounts. Open and amend Letters of Credit, process payments, and resolve customer issues. Create and maintain reporting on overdraft lines and other account-related data points.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Working proficiency in Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate English proficiency for written and verbal communication. Knowledge of banking products such as Treasury and Trade Services, Securities, Cash, and Foreign Exchange.
