Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering. 15 to 20 years of specific experience in the specialty, with proven experience in the mining or petrochemical industry. Strong technical skills and leadership capabilities. Knowledge of CODELCO's SIC and SGP is desirable, along with postgraduate studies or certifications in the relevant specialty.
