Account Specialist I

Provide outstanding support to customers and sales representatives for post-sales activities. Manage order entry, order tracking, pricing inquiries, and delivery updates. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service issues, and order discrepancies. Communicate customer trends, opportunities, and concerns to management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related business function. Strong English communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP.
